St. Augustine Photo Tour, Baby Birds, & Beaches

May 15-19, 2013 : Join Donna and Les as they take you on a photographic exploration of one of the oldest cities in the nation and is credited to being the most charming. Located on the east coast of Florida, between Jacksonville and Daytona, St. Augustine hosts a rich history of Spanish colonial and 19th century architecture. St. Augustine hosts one of the best wading bird rookeries in Florida, St. Augustine Alligator Farm. May at the Alligator Farm is when the baby birds hatch and the photographic opportunities are incredible. The boardwalks at the Farm are so close to the nests that you could help the mother turn her eggs, if it was allowed. Luckily, the gators are not as close!!

St. Augustines beaches are wide, white, pristine and beautiful! Just south of our motel in St. Augustine Beach lies a unique beach famous for its Coquina Rock Formations and is the best place on the east coast to capture these unique formations, especially at sunrise.

When we are not photographing baby birds and beaches, we will explore, experience and photograph St. Augustine's historic downtown area with its rare architecture. You will feel like you are walking back in time as you stroll through the streets and alleys on old cobblestone streets. You will find many photographic opportunities as you experience the sights of the horse-drawn carriages, the famous St. George Street, which hosts unique shops with a feel for the past and walk the picturesque waterfront plus sampling some great food along the way.

This Photo Tour is suitable for beginning and intermediate photographers.

As always, Donna and Les will be available at all times sharing tips and techniques, which we have learned through our combined 50 years of experience, to better enhance your photographic journey.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, Les Saucier, 828-775-4882, http://www.LesSaucier.com or Donna Eaton, http://www.DonnaEatonPhoto.com.
