1999 NANPA BOOKSTORE PARTICIPATION REQUEST

At the NANPA , there will be an opportunity for authors and publishers to offer
their books and videos for sale at the NANPA Bookstore. We invite you to participate.
We will also have an author signing reception on Friday evening, February 5, 1999 from
6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

NANPA Bookstore
NANPA will feature the Bookstore Best Sellers through the newsletter
following the 1999 . If you would like your item to be considered
for inclusion, check this box and sign below. If selected, the item will be
made available through June 30. At that time, unsold items would be
returned to the author or publisher as you designate.
Author Signing Reception
If you would like to participate in the Author Signing Reception, please
check the appropriate box below and the NANPA Office will contact you
with the final details of the signing reception.

Shipping Procedures:The Authors are responsible for the arrangements
and costs involved in shipping to the San Diego address below. Please send
a copy of the shipping order form to our office, once you have made arrangements, and
include the estimated arrival dates to the shipping location. It is very
important that we receive the copy of your shipping order to ensure your item's space at
the Bookstore and know the date to expect arrival. Publication
should arrive no earlier than Jan. 2, 1999 & no later than Jan. 26, 1999.
