NANPA Forum Policies:
Fees: Payable to NANPA by check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Registration
fees must accompany this form or registration cannot be processed. Basic registration fee includes:
program, receptions, breakfasts, lunches and breaks.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Full refund will be made for
cancellations postmarked by January 7, 1999. There are no refunds for cancellations postmarked after
January 20, 1999. For cancellations received between January 8, 1999 to January 20, 1999 there is a $50
service fee. Substitute registrations are accepted at any time for a fee of $50.
