Ecuador Hummingbirds with Jeff Parker

February 20 - February 27

During this “Ecuador Hummingbirds & More ~ Photo Tour 2022” we’ll focus on the winged wildlife of this vivacious nation.

We’ll visit as many different areas of Ecuador’s Chocó foothills’ region as time and travel distances allow so that we can create images of as many unique bird species as possible. This area, located in western Colombia and northwestern Ecuador, is one of the world’s most biologically diverse.

We’ll do lots of multi-flash hummingbird photography as we focus our lenses on these neo-tropic jewels. I’ll provide the set-ups so you can get great shots. The small group size assures that everyone gets a chance to do high-speed, multi-flash hummingbird photography to their hearts’ content!

In addition, you’ll be amazed at the number & colors of tanagers to be found here! Motmots, toucans, manakins, euphonias & the improbable looking Cock-of-the-Rock will also fill our memory cards.  So, too, will colorful and unique butterflies.

We don’t rush from location to location.  We’ll remain at each shot spot until everyone has had a chance to create the images he/she wants.

This tour is LIMITED to eight (8) travelers. ~ ALL-INCLUSIVE (double-occupancy; limited singles available)
