India Tigers with Daniel and Tanya Cox

February 1 - February 13

Join Dan and Tanya for an opportunity to photograph the largest of the wild cats, the beautiful Bengal tiger! We’ll visit Bandhavgarh, Kanha, and Pench National Parks/Tiger Reserves, all located in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. Landscapes with lush forests, hills, grasslands, and pristine water sources make ideal habitats for the regal Bengal tiger.

IMPORTANT: We have included special photography access permits allowing us unrestricted access to all zones and routes for three days in Bandhavgarh and one day in Kanha!

While photographing tigers is our main desire, other wildlife and the Indian experience are just as inspiring. India is home to dozens of mammal species, including common langurs, rhesus macaques, Asiatic jackals, sloth bears, striped hyenas, leopards, dholes, and nilgai antelope. Hundreds of bird, butterfly, and reptile species also inhabit the area. Kanha and Pench are thought to be settings for Rudyard Kipling’s childhood classic, The Jungle Book. Let your imagination run “wild” …

During our stay, we’ll take time to visit local villages and experience India’s culture. Ladies in colorful sarongs, inquisitive children, and skilled tradesmen will add to your photography portfolio of the trip.

Join us on this photographic safari to experience Indian’s wildlife in the world’s renowned Tiger Kingdom!
