Hello – I’m Cindy Miller Hopkins. My very first exposure to NANPA was back at the Albuquerque Summit in 2003. The only reason I went was for the Portfolio Reviews, but found there to be so much more I was interested in! To make a long story, short – the reviews went better than I could have ever hoped for or expected. I picked up my agent and we have been business partners ever since.

I am now a full time travel photographer with coverage in over 100 countries. I mainly shoot stock travel images that my agent then sells to clients like National Geographic, NG Traveler, Smithsonian, in-flight magazines, cruise & tour brochures, and a lot of textbook work. I also do assignment work for tour companies. This means I get paid to travel around the world and take pictures! It does not get any better than that for me. It's a dream come true.

As far as NANPA, I have been actively involved ever since my first Summit. I served as Co-Chair on the Portfolio Review Committee for 3 years and I currently serve on the NANPA Foundation Board. I also volunteer as a NANPA First-time Summit Buddy, which I LOVE.

I look forward to getting to know more NANPA members.

Welcome. I too will be a "Summit buddy" again this year. I did it last year and it was a lot of fun.
