New Mexico Bird Photo Opportunity

The Wildlife Center, a non-profit wildlife rehabiliation and rescue center near Santa Fe, would like to welcome ALL photographers for special sessions featuring their wide array of raptors, everything from burrowing owls to eagles. For a small donation, handlers will get out birds for custom portraits and perching on natural limbs and stumps. This is a new program and a developing one and the Director, Katherine Eagleson, would welcome input and involvement of tour and workshop leaders as well as hobbyists. This location works well as a sidetrip to Bosque Del Apache, three hours in the south, and a chance to learn about the birds.
