Digitized Signatures?
 

How do you fell about printing a digitized signature in the image area of a print instead of the traditional method of signing the mat or the border of the print.

I have always used the traditional method but with gallery wraps, there is no place to sign except in the image area - which frankly makes me cringe a little. Since I would really hate to ruin a completed print because I messed up the signature.

One option is to create a digitized signature and insert it as a text layer in the image. This seems very practical but just a little crass.

I would love to hear what anyone has to say on the subject....

I'd be interested to hear what others are doing as well. I too, hand sign the border but have played with a digitized signature as well.
