I went by Oneonta Gorge a few weeks ago and it was choked with washed down logs. You might be able to scramble over them, but you'll also find high water due to lots of rain and snowpack melting.

The good news is that the foliage in low to mid elevation areas of the PNW is vibrant and lush right now, and waterfalls are cranking.
