Default Midland, texas

I'll be spending a week in MIDLAND, Texas, about 4-5 hours WEST of Dallas, during Thanksgiving week. I've heard and seen stories about Texas having a bunch of exotic animal refuges, privately owned, that allow hunting. They have African animals and other exotic species.

So I want to go there and photograph anything that might be roaming around. But I can't for the life of me find any information on where these places might be -- what part of Texas. Obviously there's a number of them; they have an association but no contact information.

Anyone know of any such places or had any experience shooting in that region. I know nothing about it and this is my first trip to Texas.

I'm so sorry you will be stuck in Midland

I can't help with game farm photography as that's not my thing, but you will be about a three and a half hour drive from Big Bend National Park. Great for desert landscapes.
