This shot was taken last month just as a storm was clearing at sunset. The clouds were reflected in the still waters of low tide, looking east from Foster City.

It looks sharper there. Can you be more specific about the color problem that you see? The pink in the clouds and along the horizon were caused by the setting sun behind me.
From my view it's not so much the pink, which does seem to be a bit on the radioactive side, but the blue and cyan rendering here is way over the top. It's all a matter of judgment, I suppose, if what you were going for was surrealism.
