WHAT YOU GET

Photographer asks for more photo opps, and NANPA answers with Celebration

Great Smoky Mountains, Blue Ridge Mountains, the tallest waterfall east of the Rockies, black bears, elk, endangered flying squirrels, more than 200 bird species, 67 native fish species, 39 reptile species, 43 amphibian species, hot mineral springs, blooming dogwoods, rhododendrons, 1,500+ flowering plants, 100 species of trees, whitewater rivers, mollusks, millipedes, and mushrooms—just to name a few.

Spend time at demonstrations and other hands-on opportunities to try the latest technology; then get out in the field and apply what you’ve learned. We will also gather together for gallery walks, pub crawls, historical perspectives, impromptu photo shoots, and other entertainment opportunities around Asheville.

And if that’s not enough, you’ll find the Outer Banks and Atlantic coastline just 4-5 hours from Asheville, so stay a few days longer to explore independently and have it all!
