Getting the participants to the right place at the right time and actively helping them grow in both the technical and creative aspects of landscape photography are the most important things I do.
I’ve learned a lot in my own journey and feel that life is too short to keep it all to myself. So I work with each participant on the specific skills that are relevant and most beneficial to them.
Sure, like most other workshops we go to spectacular locations, ones I know very well, at the perfect time of the year. What I strive to add to that, however, is focused individual attention. When I get feedback that they are better photographers from attending my workshop, that’s the real reward.
